In June 2007 Biznet Solutions Limited became two companies. For several years the two founders of Biznet, Adrian Bradley and Daryl Fullerton, had developed and managed different teams within the Company. These teams naturally followed different markets and acquired distinctive skills and experience. It made perfect sense for each team to focus on its own strengths and proceed as a separate and independent legal entity.
The "de-merger" was managed by the former company's legal advisers at Tughan Solicitors (Belfast) and following this process no legal binding now remains between the two companies or their respective managing directors.
The two companies are now:
Biznet IIS Limited (MD: Adrian Bradley)
Biznet Solutions Limited, trading as Biznet EIS (MD: Daryl Fullerton)
