Science.ie is a resource for people of all ages who are interested in Science. It brings together information on many areas of science, engineering and technology in Ireland for students, parents and teachers amongst others. The site also links to dedicated sites for Discover Primary Science and the SCOPE science RTE TV series.
Effective Educational Resource
Forfas recognised that one of its most important education and communications vehicles -www.science.ie - wasn't supporting its visionary approach, so sought a solution.
Forfas wanted to completely redevelop the existing website as it wasn't working as an effective educational tool for key users or the general public. They needed an influential Web presence and an uncomplicated system for their Science.ie team to create and manage the site content.
