Biznet staff and websites highly commended at Goldeneye Web Awards 2004

The Goldeneye Web 'Oscars' took place on Thursday April 1st and Biznet were delighted to have been given such recognition for their achievements.
Adrian Bradley, Managing Partner was named E-Personality of the Year, beating off stiff competition from Gareth Dunlop of Tibus and Olive Hill of Invest NI. Unfortunately Adrian was unable to attend on the night as he was in the US on business, but he said "I am very proud to have received this honour and will continue to promote the benefits of ICT to improve business processes throughout Ireland".
Janny Pyper also received a Highly Commended Certificate for his top quality designs in the Web Designer of the Year category, examples of his work include:
Over 360 entries were submitted to the Awards and therefore each of Biznet's shortlisted sites also deserve a special mention, these included:

- E-Marketing Award - Tourism Ireland (www.tourismireland.com)
- Public Sector Award - Department for Employment and Learning NI (www.delni.gov.uk)
- Web Award of the Year - Tourism Ireland (www.tourismireland.com) and
- Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau (www.gotobelfast.com)
Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau also picked up an Award for Goldeneye Website of the Month for www.gotobelfast.com
