Ucommodate
Ucommodate is a Web Based Portal that gives Tour Operators the power to sell tour related products being they hotel rooms, tours, etc, within a secure online environment.
By Interfacing Directly with Tourplan or your own back office-booking manager, Ucommodate provides a seamless e-business tool. It provides the user with a web based, user-friendly interface for searching and booking tour related products. For the Administrator it provides an easy to use tool for providing rich tour related content, whilst integrating with data already available via your back office-booking manager or Tourplan interface.
Ucommodate is deployed on Industry Standard platforms and can be customised to the needs of any organisation.
Tourism Specific
Ucommodate is a tourism specific application, which may utilise your current, back office booking system or be deployed alongside Tourplan (A TCA Product). Recent implementations of Ucommodate have been implemented alongside the power, flexibility, and benefits of Tourplan, yet utilising all the benefits of a searchable e commerce web portal.
Delivered version of Ucommodate utilises Tourplan as its back office to control bookings, allocations, availability, etc. By interfacing directly with the Tourplan system via ICOM, Ucommodate allows for seamless secure online booking of hotel rooms, and other Tour related products via its individually designed web interface.
Ucommodate consists of the following functionality:
- A secure online environment, where Hotel Rooms, Tours, and other Tour related products can be searched, browsed and then securely booked via various online transaction gateways.
- A direct interface where bookings can be transferred via XML in real time to the Tourplan system or other appropriate back office solutions. Seamless eBusiness at work.
- A direct interface with Tourplan system or other appropriate back office solutions to allow for real time querying of Allocations, Availability, etc.
- A Content Management System that allows for the controlling of Hotel and Tour information such as controlling images, managing text, etc. Each Hotel and Tour linking with its relevant stored data.
- A Multi Lingual Platform servicing various languages during all stages of the booking process.
- An E-Marketing Facility that allows for the controlling of Meta Content for Search Engine Optimisation
- A custom Mail Shot facility
- Web Based Reporting tools in relation to Successful / Unsuccessful bookings / User Statistics / Buying Patterns, etc.
